Summer activities for kids

Regardless of age, finding creative ways to keep our children busy, can really be a challenge. That’s why we ‘ve put together a list of fun activities that will keep your kids busy throughout Summer in a fun and healthy way.

  1. Going to the beach

We all know how good the sea is for our health and how beneficial a single walk along the seaside can be. Thankfully there are plenty of activities for kids at the beach. From swimming and fishing, to sports and games on the sand, the beach is one of the best options for your summer getaways.

  1. Treasure Hunt

Write down some clever clues and hide them in your garden, in a park, or even in the whole neighborhood and give your kids the chance to walk, run and think their way to the treasure.

  1. Mountain Hiking

Just like the sea, the mountains are also very beneficial for our physical and mental health and there are plenty of things you can do with your kids when in the mountains. If taking a long walk in the fresh mountain air is not enough for your children, go to the mountains to find “treasures” in the forest, or to discover different kinds of plants and birds, to go camping, or to spend a day in an excursion area.

  1. Sports

From football and basketball, to cycling and tennis, all sports have a lot to offer to our children. Sports help kids exercise, release tension and have fun.

  1. Water Games

The weather is now perfect for water games. Water games are great for kids of all ages and the best way to have fun and beat the summer heat. Get your water balloons, water guns and inflatable swimming pools out and have a great day in your own back yard.
